Meet the customer whisperer

With over a decade of CRM expertise, Jessica has worked with start-ups, scale-ups, and corporate giants. Currently heading the Engagement team at Project A, she focuses on optimising and scaling CRM systems to boost customer lifetime value (CLV) and retention.

Jessica is passionate about pushing the boundaries of customer centricity as a competitive advantage, and she aims to show companies how managing customer experiences can drive business success.

Point being: Jessica is a powerhouse when it comes to turning customer relationships into business success.

The story behind

After the COVID pandemic, Jessica, like many of us, missed face-to-face interactions and the lively exchange of ideas. To bring back that sense of connection, she organized the first CRM Meetup, hoping to revive the human connection everyone craved. The first attempt was tough since people were still cautious about gathering in person.

But Jessica didn’t give up. With the fantastic support of Audrey Mann, she gave it another shot and planned the first CRM Meetup in Berlin in December 2024. This time, it was a great success. People loved the chance to meet and share ideas in person again, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Word spread quickly, and soon people from all over Europe wanted to join the Meetups, though not everyone could make it due to the distance. Even those who attended before wanted to come back and hear more. From these experiences, Jessica learned two important things:

1) People are really hungry for CRM insights and knowledge.

2) CRM professionals have great stories to share but often need a platform and a bit of encouragement to share them.

With this in mind, Jessica created INSIDE CRM. This platform not only delivers valuable CRM insights but also helps CRM professionals share their success stories with confidence. INSIDE CRM makes sure every voice is heard, every story is shared, and knowledge flows freely, no matter where you are.

And so began the exciting journey of INSIDE CRM, continuing to grow and connect CRM enthusiasts every day.
