Here I am starting to list tools that I use for my INSIDE CRM setup and can recommend:
BEEHIIV
When I started, I was searching for a solution that covered website hosting, newsletter sendouts and monetisation opportunities. I found beehiiv that is specially focused on the use case of content creators. It is making my life so much easier and they keep deploying new functionalities that are fun to explore. When you use my link, you get 30-day free trial and 20% off on the first 3 months on any paid plan.

CARRD
Although beehiiv is great, I noticed that the landing pages are a bit limited in their customisation. I wanted to have more flexibility, get more insights and generate specific landing pages based on use cases. So I found carrd. It seems to be a good starter tool and has a couple of templates available to create sign ups for different platforms. Also sharing the referral link here. Unfortunately, you won’t get a discount here but it starts with $9 a YEAR.

BUZZSPROUT
I started the podcast on the free Spotify for podcaster. It is fine but you notice that it has limitations because Spotify is not pushing the free version anymore. I didn’t like the embeds for my website. The setup felt clunky. I wanted to have a dedicated page for the podcast that I don’t need to actively host. So I went for Buzzsprout. With my link, we can both save $20.

BUY ME A COFFEE
On Twitch, it is quite normal to get small donations to support the streamer. But how do you do it on websites & co? I stumbled over Buy me a coffee and really liked the simple setup. It feels like a fun and easy way to ask for support. If you use my link, I get access to some additional features.

MIRO
“Have you created a Miro board again?” Me: “Yes, I did!” I am a Miro fan. I know there are other tools out there but when I need to map out user flows, when I need to structure my thoughts and just get everything out first, I go to Miro. I also manage workshops with companies in there because it support online interactions.
